Be Part of Earth Hour

Dear parents and children,

It is Earth Hour today. Earth Hour aims to save the Earth by fighting global warming. We can play our part in saving Earth by switching off our lights at 8.30 p.m. - casting a VOTE FOR EARTH. We all have a vote, and every vote counts. Together, we can make Earth a better place to live in.

Hence, VOTE EARTH by simply swtiching off your lights for one hour (8.30 p.m. to 9.30p.m.) and join the world for Earth Hour. =)

A Day of Discoveries!

How are all of you? Today, Miss Neo and I went on a learning journey at the Singapore Science Centre. It was my first time visiting the ecogarden at the Science Centre and I would like to share with you some of the interesting findings which I have discovered there.

Happy Holidays

Dear children,

Today is the second day of your March Holidays. How has it been so far? Please remember to complete the following revisionary exercises which the teachers have done up for you:

(1) Numbers to 1000 Worksheet

(3) Grammar Worksheet
(4) Vocabulary Worksheet
(5) Assigned e-learning activities on LEAD.com

OUTREACH with Bedok Community Library

Dear parents and children,

In collaboration with our neighbourhood library, Bedok Community Library, the school will be organising an OUTREACH programme whereby pupils will be able to find out more about the national library's collection and services. The aim of this project is to nuture the reading habit among our pupils. Thus, please remember to bring your Ez-Link Card tomorrow to borrow some interesting books to read over the March holidays. Also, please bring your Maths Activity Book 2A, part 2 tomorrow as we will be beginning on it in Term 2.

Miss Lim would like to congratulate all of you for completing your Show and Tell. Miss Lim is proud to say that most of you have put in your best and I am amazed by some of your presentations.
